Who We Are
MTD Building Contractors — trading as MTD Build — is a construction company founded and directed by Tony Duffy. We are based in Leigh, near Worcester, and take on projects within approximately 50 miles of our base in Worcestershire.
Tony has over two decades of experience in the construction industry, spanning hands-on site work, project management and business operations. That breadth of experience means he understands both the practical realities of building and the commercial pressures that clients face when investing in their homes. MTD Build was founded on a straightforward principle: deliver high-quality construction work with genuine project management, transparent pricing and clear communication throughout.
We specialise in residential construction: house extensions (single and double storey), loft conversions, kitchen extensions, home renovations, structural alterations, garden rooms, oak frame extensions and new build homes. We also undertake selected commercial and property maintenance work.
